MAP End of Year Awards: Nomination Form

Please use this form to submit your nominations for the End of Year Awards for MAP. Nominations will be accepted until Thursday, March 27 at 11:59pm. Winners will be honored at MIT's annual Rise Awards on Wednesday, April 23. For questions, please email map-ome [at] mit.edu. 

MAP Protégé of the Year
This award is given to an outstanding MAP protégé who was nominated by their mentor because of their commitment, pro-activeness, and willingness to develop a strong and mutually beneficial connection with their mentor.

MAP Mentor of the Year
This award is given to an outstanding MAP mentor who was nominated by their protégé or fellow mentor for their excitement, resourcefulness, guidance, and inspiration imparted to their protégé. This mentor also met and exceeded the expectations of the MAP program.

MAP Pair of the Year
This award is given to a MAP pair (both mentor and protégé) whose strong bond has enriched both their lives and thus embodies the true spirit of the MAP program. This pair can be nominated by a fellow mentor, protégé or MAP staff.

Rookie of the Year
This award is given to an outstanding first-time MAP mentor who was nominated by a protégé or fellow mentor for their excitement, resourcefulness, guidance, and inspiration imparted to their protégé.
