End-of-Year Survey for EMAP Protégés

Dear protégés,

Thank you for having committed this past academic year to your professional development by participating in this program. 

With every E-MAP group, we aim to revise and adjust the E-Mentor Advocate Partnership program as needed for each incoming cohort. We're able to do this using information gathered from your experiences at MIT. This form takes about 10-15 minutes to complete, and we ask that this is submitted no later than Monday, June 2nd. We greatly appreciate you offering insight and informing us on how we can enhance EMAP protégé experiences moving forward.
