What are you hoping to gain from mentoring? Sometimes it can be challenging to find the right words and you may find it more beneficial to ideate your hopes, needs, and interests. Using LEGO, and with a LEGO Serious Play facilitator as your guide, you will discover ways to identify what you are hoping to get out of a mentoring relationship. From here, you can begin to identify the steps you need to take in developing your mentoring relationship.

*Please note: To gain the greatest benefit from the LEGO workshop component, it is important that participants stay for its duration (12:30-1:30PM). If you cannot attend the workshop component, we welcome you to attend the social hour and lunch period occurring from 12:00pm-12:30pm and 1:30pm-2:00pm as your schedule allows.
